Question Unanswered: I Need Help!!

When I log onto webkinz world and I try to move around the site, it goes, then it stops and says at the bottom: Please Wait...
It keeps doing that and I'm thinking it is from all the changes they did to webkinz world. But, there's more! When I try to get my storage, the things out of my dock, it shows the picture of things coming out of boxes -- like usual. It says: Getting Items From Storage. But it doesn't end! The stays up forever! And the only way to get out of it is to log out. Then I tried to go to the wShop, but it did the same thing! It says 'You Will Be Served Shortly'. But it never goes through. So I click out of the shop, and there is the 'Getting Items Out Of Store picture. Then I have to log out. So I can't go trade and I can't go shopping. Because I can't get my items! And, webkinz world is going so slow with all the new updates and keeps telling me "Please Wait...'
Can someone help me? How do I get my items out of storage? I really need help!

Maybe you can try clearing your cache? This sometimes happens to me too if there are alot of changes to Webkinz World. If you need help clearing your cache, go to Webkinz and click on the help section. Go to "Technical Issues" and it should tell you how to clear your cache. If that doesn't work, try contacting Ganz.

There have been many new changes in WW today. log out and back in, clear your cache (delete your temporary internet files, it's in Tools - Internet Options) on Explorer.

Some people have had to do this several times before getting good results.

When I clear my Cache, what will it do? It won't effect other things up, right? And it won't effect my computer or files in any way, right?

It will clear all cookies so any sites you have visited before and are logged into (for example ) will require you to log in again. It will also clear your temporary files unless you choose only clear cookies. Clearing the cache does not always work for Webkinz World (but it does help speed your computer up overall) and should be done for computer health very couple of weeks or so.

The loading can also be affected by how many items you have in your dock. The more items, the more often it freezes. I get up a pop-up window about the script where I have to click No to get it to keep moving along. And we have noticed the last week or so that the W shop, is hanging too even after we have retreived items from storage.

If you are a minor, maybe you should ask your parent's permission first.

No, it will not harm your computer, on the contrary. I do it frequently and it helps things to go faster.

However, if you had sites remembering your password, this may get undone and you will have to use your password the next time that you log in.

For now, why don't you try just logging out and back in? (turn your computer off, and then back on).

Please keep in mind that just as likely as it is a computer issue it can be an internet issue or the WW server too. So if the issues continue the likelihood that you are the one with the computer issues because well unlikely! Hang in there!

I think I might just wait, and ask my dad about it. Because I did restart my computer and I did log in and out. Does clearing your cache really help? At least usually? If so, i will ask my dad about it and see if he'll let me do it and if he thinks it's ok

this has been happening to me all day also. I am sorry that it has been happening to you. I have cleared private data like 9 times, logged out and back on more than 20 times I can't trade. I'm thinking about shutting down my computer and restarting it. I don't know it always happens to me after maintenance but this time seems especially bad. tomorrow it'll be better I promise. It does stink though that everyone else gets to enjoy all the new features and we're stuck on the outside.

Go on a different computer. It worked for me and maybe your cpu has some caches. You will get it though, don't worry! Also, try waiting a bit. I think a day or so, it will work.
