| | Unanswered: I need to contact Ganz...
Does anyone have another way to contact them other than the basic e-mail address? I have not been able to get into 2 of my rooms and I do not have access to 3 of my pets ever since they updated the other day. One of the pets is new and I have yet to see it in a room. I sent an e-mail but received the generic response that they are aware of the problems and are looking into it and that they cannot give me a time when it will be fixed. Thanks so much!
