Arrow Unanswered: I made a HUGE mistake, can you help?

Ok so i was at JCpennys and i happen to come across some figurines. They were only $2 and it was buy one get the other half of. So i got one for me and my sister. So when i got home my sister put hers on and gave the laptop to me, with my stupidity i didnt log out and for some reason i thought i was on my account.

So i put the firgurine into the code shop and now the figurine is on her account, i sent my self the prizes but its just not the same. Any advise?

I am so sorry that this has happened to you. Unfortunatly there isn't anything you or GANZ can do. Here is an excerpt for the GANZ customer service page:

We unlocked the Feature Code on the wrong account Unfortunately, we are unable to undo the use of a Feature Code. When a Feature Code is used on an account, it must remain on that account.

My only suggustion would be to go back to JCPennys and get another figurine for you.

I am sorry this happened. Yes, as posted above, the only thing you can do now is buy another Figurine and enter it on your account. The upside of this is there are so many cute ones to choose from, you shouldn't have a problem picking another one or two!

I am sorry that happened to you .. but there isn't anything you can do. Once the code is entered onto an account, you can't change it, all you can do is buy another. I'm really sorry that happened..hopefully you can get another.

Well on the upside luckily the figureines weren't that expensive. It shouldn't be awful to have to purchase another one (or two?) for yourself. At least it wasn't an adoption of a Webkinz pet that you accidentally put on the wrong account!

My best advice to give you is to talk to your parents. Maybe if you promise to do a little extra housework or a few extra chores they will take you back to the mall and buy some more figurines. Good Luck.
