This did happen to my son. He had 6 pets stuck in a garden. He sent an email and after a month there was still no resolution. We finally called the 1-800 number. It took about 72 hours but they did clear out the garden and release the pets. Make sure when your pet is released to keep a clear path for a pet to walk through. Without the path you will continue to have pets stuck.

I DID use the customer support section to let them know I had a stuck pet. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

And for all the suggestions to just remove the crops... we can't. We are completely LOCKED OUT of the garden where the Lil Kinz St. Bernard is residing. (Maybe he didn't want us to see all the poops he was doing! LOL) We would have just removed the crops to free him up and create a path out of there.... but alas, we can't even get into that room. It comes up with an error message.

Hopefully customer support can "unstick a stuck pet" when they reopen on Monday.
Otherwise who knows what we can do. A pet we can't see and a room we can't get into to even try and get the pet out. My six year old daughter is really bummed. But we are trying to be optimistic that this will be resolved soon.

Thanks again to everyone for posting there advice and support!! IF our "Helper" St. Bernard ever gets free, we'll let you know!

If you can get into your room, rearrange the plants, if not, contact Ganz or fill out their form in the customer support, here.

In the future you don't really need a path all the way to the door. As long as you leave the 2 by 2 area in the middle clear you shouldn't have a problem with a stuck pet. That way if the pet is put in that room they won't be overlapping plants. You won't be able to walk to the door, but you will be able to use the map to get them out.

I would say that maybe it factors in with the glitches going on with webkinz right now. I would do as you already did and contact ganz. I am sure they can fix whatever is wrong with the poor animal. In the mean time tell your daughter just to have fun with the other pets in her account.

Sorry to hear that happened, I hope they un-stick your daughters pet asap. Same thing happened to us, on Oct 1, with the pug adoption.

Click the image to open in full size.

But in our case, we could open the room there fore allowing us to use the map feature. I have been locked out of rooms like your daughter currently is, and sadly, as others suggested, Ganz will have to do the unsticking. Hopefully it will be swift.

Hey everyone.... Just an update, we are STILL waiting for my daughters little St. Bernard to come out of that garden and play with us!

We're still locked out of the garden. We're still locked out of accessing her pet.
(and I'm sure ALL the crops have gone to rot by now)

Sent off 3 emails to customer support
1) for stuck pet
2) for stuck item
3) for locked out of room

Figure they HAVE to fix one of them, and hopeefully that'll fix the others.

STILL NOTHING!! This is disappointing. I'll give customer support till Friday and then we'll send off the round of emails again.

Thanks to all your suggestions and tips.... I just wish one of them would have worked.
If we ever get free, we'll take a pic to show you our little Helper running around in that demosished garden!

I'm so sorry they haven't fixed this for you yet. At this point, I would try calling Ganz and ask them to unstick your pet. Call this number: 1-800-724-5902 (Ganz Corporate), press 0 when the recording comes on, which will give you the operator, and ask for a supervisor in Webkinz. Hopefully this will help since emailing through Customer Support hasn't.

I'm sorry you guys are still locked out. I know it's very frustrating. Have you gotten the automated response yet that they have received your request? They are likely very busy given that so many people can't even access their account right now so it might take longer than normal to get your little pooch If you didn't get the automatic response then I might go ahead and resend the request.

Of course, I mean the emails that you sent through Customer Service. It is my understanding that they are only accepting emails sent that way.

This probably won't do anything, but have you tried making your pug do an action? You know like the tab next the My Stuff that says actions and click on one and see what he does.
