sorry to hear about your problem. that has recently happened to me also. when i was under 10 webbies on my account it wasnt an issue as the new pet would drop in their new room. after 10, the room drops become varied and mine was dropped in the middle of my 99 plant garden with no where to walk thus locking me out of the room and trapping my pet.
the good new is it is something that they are able to fix. you will need to email ganz using the 'i am getting an error message received that i havent seen before' explaining your problem. they will then email you asking for more account verification and a phone number.
after they clear your room (removing all plants), they will contact you and ask you to log in and check your room. the plants will all be in seed form in your dock BUT most of them will revert back to whatever pre-stuck status they were at once you replant them (so your crops may not be a total loss).

I would try removing all of the plants if you are unable to do this send an email to email@example.com this might give you some helpful info and resolve the problem, Good Luck

Hey Everyone! Thank you so much for all your suggestions.
I DID use the customer support section to let them know I had a stuck pet. Hopefully that will resolve the issue. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
And for all the suggestions to just remove the crops... we can't. We are completely LOCKED OUT of the garden where the Lil Kinz St. Bernard is residing. (Maybe he didn't want us to see all the poops he was doing! LOL) We would have just removed the crops to free him up and create a path out of there.... but alas, we can't even get into that room. It comes up with an error message.
Hopefully customer support can "unstick a stuck pet" when they reopen on Monday.
Otherwise who knows what we can do. A pet we can't see and a room we can't get into to even try and get the pet out. My six year old daughter is really bummed. But we are trying to be optimistic that this will be resolved soon.
Thanks again to everyone for posting there advice and support!! IF our "Helper" St. Bernard ever gets free, we'll let you know!
I was going to say use the map and jump but....well use a diffrent pet say maybe an elephant and click edit then take the plants to the dock.Then her st.bernard will make a path out of the room.Best Advice I can give ya and Welcome!
try taking some plants out of the way of the pet to a door. (even if the plants have to start their growth over). it would be worth it to get ur pet out of there. too bad. that is really strange that wekbinz world would just put it right in the middle there expecially ontop of a plant. yea i know that it always puts ur pet in the middle of the room. but it would seem really strange to put it there in that spot. lol so i hope everything works out for u.
