In the past week I keep getting logged out. I have a mac and it says could be flash player, but nothing in my system has changed so is it webkinz? I wonder if anyone else is getting this. I can't play goobers or the new smoothie game for long and out the whole web page goes. What is going on???
Nope, Safari on my Mac keeps doing the same thing, also with Firefox. It is definitely something with either Leopard or Mac. I posted the crash log on the Apple Web site. I will check to see if anyone has responded.
P.S. I have Leopard OS 10.5.4 with all current updates, and Adobe Flash is all updated, too. And yes, it seems to happen to me most on the new Smoothie game!
I am going to also ask a mod to move this to the "help" section, as I think it is more appropriate there.
I have moved this to the Help Section, where you may get someone that knows. Definitely not me, I don't have a Mac and if I did, I think a hamster would know more about computers than me!
Good Luck and I hope you get your answer!
Thank you, danathorn! I did send my question to Apple again. I will check again and see if someone posted.

Okay, here is what I have found out: I guess there may be some conflicts between the latest version of Leopard OS and the Adobe Flash Player. If you go to the Apple Website and go to "Support" and then Safari for Mac, you may find my post here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread....83384&tstart=0
Don't know if I am brave enough to try to uninstall and then reinstall another version! But when it crashes, at the very least, send a report to Apple so they see the problem. I hope this is helpful! Maybe if enough people send crash reports all of the time, they will get the idea and make changes.

I have a mac too and have been having the same problems, but I am running on 10.4.11. I started having the please wait... and log off issues a week ago. I sent an email to support and got a form letter back on Monday. Still having problems and miffed that I really didn't get any help I emailed again yesterday. A woman from webkinz called today and told me that I wasn't the only one having these problems. They were aware of the "glitch" and their tech team was working on it. Though she didn't have any time line on when the problem might be solved.
