other browesers, including firefox and/or google chrome, do not help my kinzpost problems at all -- tried with 2 different computers.

This is NOT a problem with "our" computers, it is totally a problem on the Ganz end of things.

You DO need to call Ganz. I call them at least once a week with the issue, and am thinking of stepping it up to call them each day I have the problem. The more calls they get, the faster they will get on it, I hope!

The only "help" I've found is to do your kinzposting very earlly in the day, or very late at night when wkw isn't as busy, but this is not always a help.....
I have noticed that "peak hours" for wkw (most of the day now that summer is here) make the KP issue worse.
It is interesting to me that for the last 2 weekends, KP has worked well for me, then come monday we are back to not so good a KP service. (but, I will say this week Mon and Tues mornings and evenings the KP has done well.)

Call Ganz. They need to know how widespread this issue is!

My KinzPost doesn't work either. I cleared my cache but nothing worked. I need help too.

My mom just called Ganz. They are aware of the problem with KinzPost & their Technical Team is working to solve the problem. That's what she said they said. I hope it's soon.

I have been having this very same problem. I called Ganz and they said it was a technical problem and that they are aware of it and one of there technicians was working on the problem. She could not give me any idea as to when the issue would be resolved however. Clearing your cache does not work. I have had some success with NOT putting an item in the first box, have also tried only sending one item at a time, sending a note first then sending a gift, waiting for the "please wait" to go away then when it just says "sending your gift" go to another activity then back to kinzpost and try to re-send. Sometime these things have worked and sometimes not. My success rate is not very good though. Just try to be patient though. Hopefully Ganz will figure it out soon.

Awe, that really stinks!
Maybe try clearing your cache and re-booting your computer, that may help with the freezing
If not, I would try and contact Ganz

I switched to chrome too. Still no luck with Kinzpost. I am very frustrated though. They seem to add to many new things at once and then nothing works properly. Maybe their servers can't handle and keep up with all the new stuff like the hamster thing. Who knows? Not Ganz apparently.
