There are ten levels for each of the classes in the Academy. I think tromboneaphone is right about the actions at level five, and gift box at level ten. For the talent ones, you get a gift at level five and at level ten, you unlock a game.
Yes, there are 10 levels for each subject. After level 5 you get an action, and after level 10 you get to pick a prize. By the way, each level adds five more classes that you must pass to reach the next level. Level one requires 5 passes, level two is ten passes, and so on until you get to level 10-- 50 passes required! For a grand total of 275 passes to complete an entire subject! That's about 9 months assuming you pass every class you attempt. But it only takes 75 passes (about 2 and a half months) to get the action at level 5.
Now grooming and cooking are different. There you get the prize after level 5 and unlock the game at level 10.
Once one pet gets the action, it is available to all your pets. No need to send them all to the same class if you don't want to. You can get multiple prizes, however, if you get more than one all the way through level 10 of the core classes.
Sorry if that's more info than you wanted. Just trying to anticipate your next questions! Good luck at the academy!
