I get it multiple times a day. I know the differce between it and a real one. (Yes,my computer those have viruses I can't get rid of them) You can't click the "X" on fake ones that is how you know. It happened to me a couple minutes ago.
I think it's an ad, like Justin mentioned. I bought the Insider Insider Subscription to take away the ads, and now everything's back to normal. Just try to find the ad that was doing that, and perhaps Justin will take it away.
Yesterday, on WI, I accedentally clicked on a pop-up about a security scan program. I later found out it was a virus in disguise! It took my dad 3 HOURS to get the virus out of my mom's computer! Justin and WEndy, I want BOTH OF YOU to stop the virus or I will never go on WI EVER AGAIN!!!!! Viruses are serious problems!
If you are NOT a staff member ( Or if you are a WI staff member), you may have seen my recent thread in the Somebody Help! forum about nasty virus on WI. It is disuised as a security scan company ( Forgot the name) and it hacks your computer. I want Wendy, Justin, and other WI staff members to take care of it so my dad can accept me going on WI again. Have any of you other users experienced the virus on WI??????
