Default Unanswered: I got an E-mail from Ganz.

I tried calling Ganz and no help there. I went to the Customer Service area and wrote them a note telling about the site going off all the time and they actually wrote me back. They said they are aware of the problem...well let me try to paste it here.

We are aware of the problem and our technical team is working on correcting the issue as soon as possible. Since Webkinz World is continuously upgrading and updating the site, we cannot give you an exact timetable as to when this issue will be resolved. However, rest assured we are looking into the problem and are in the process of rectifying the situation.

It is good to know that they are working on it. Yesterday my granddaughter was getting so frustrated with the refresh thing that I also sent them a note through the costomer service area. I am glad to see we are not the only ones having this problem.

Thats actually an automated email that they will send back no matter what glitch you report

But I have spoken to multiple reps who have told me over the phone that they are aware of the refresh glitch

yes it's an email they send to EVERYONE that inquires about a glitch ...
i got that too, and 3 months later, they still haven't fixed the glitch..

Ooo, sorry, gripper, I didn't see your post yet. That is disappointing! I really hope they fix it. I miss playing Goober's Lab!

I've gotten the same email also. It took them several days to send it though. The last time I sent an email to them the automated response was almost immediate. I hope they do something about this soon. I have a bunch of Webkinz for the kids for Christmas and right now we can't even play!
