That happens to me too occasionally. First try and go to a different color zone. You can do that by clicking on your phone and then going to zone and choosing a different color. After that try clearing your catche. It is different on all computers so ask a parent for assistance. And then trry shuting down your computer. You can do that by clicking on START if you are using Windows and then clicking on the red - shut down - button. GL
The same thing happens to me all the time. To solve the problem, the first thing I would
try and do is switch color zones and see if the room freezes up then. To change color zones, just
click on the phone button (which can be found beneath your dock, in the lower right - hand corner next to the mailbox) and click the Zone button. Then select a new color. If the problem is still occurring after that, try clearing your cache and restarting your internet browser. If you have
all of those and the problem STILL persists, I would try contacting Ganz, as it may just be a glitch.
