Hi, I am sorry that this has happened . GANZ is having a lot of POTM glitches, with members recieving nothing. You have to call ganz (I believe that they stopped accepting emails) and have them fix it... and they will . Good luck, and their number is stickeyed at the top of this section .
I am so sorry for you.That happened to me once.I got the POTM pink poodle.I didn't get a prise I know I got a wish token though.Like the next month or two I got it.It was that one that is sometimes at carnivals where you take a hammer and hit it really hard and it gives you a prize,well I hope you get it.
