Default Unanswered: I can't log in - adobe problem?

Hi! I haven't been able to log in to Webkinz in several weeks, ever since the computer automatically downloaded the new adobe flash player. I haven't had time to get on Webkinz the past several weeks so I didn't worry about it, thinking that by the time I got back on, it would be fixed. Well, I have spent pretty much all day trying everything I know and I still can't log in. I have cleared cookies, temporary internet files, and everything, rebooted the computer a lot of times. I have also uninstalled and the reinstalled the new adobe flash player. I have went to the new webkinz address - www.webkinz.com/us_en and the direct link to the login page - http://66.48.69.102//loader4.php?go=...ser&aol=0&fs=0 and nothing has worked. I am at my wits end. Anyway, I am wondering those of you who downloaded the new adobe, did you ever get Webkinz to work? If so what did you have to do or did it start working on its own? I just haven't been around lately and am wondering if I can fix this problem myself before having to email Ganz. It just takes them so long to reply. I really appreciate all your help! Thanks!

Oh, I forgot to add that I can get to the login screen. I can enter my username and password then it will starting loading. I then get a blue screen with the big W with the rings going out showing that it is loading, but after a few minutes that screen freezes and won't go any farther.

1-866-932-5469. I'm wondering if they could be helpful to you. It's worth a try.

I can't imagine how frustrated you are right now, and I wish I has some answers for you.

Also, on the Adobe site, there is a troubleshooting guide; that might be worth checking out, too.

I sure hope you get this problem resolved, too. No doubt, it is driving you nuts!

Do you have a Norton firewall? Mine was causing problems. It helps me when I start getting the Adobe error message to go in and scan.

Thanks for the phone number! I will also check out the adobe site and see what I can find out.

No I don't have a Norton Firewall. I am not getting any kind of error message, it is just after I log in it starts to load and then freezes. That is as far as I can get.

I was just hoping that someone found a magical fix. I hate dealing with Ganz, I have had so much trouble with them the last few months. I have had so many glitches since January where I can't log in for weeks. I'm about done with them. I have been so frustrated. Anyway, thanks for your help! I will keep trying!
