:'( I can't go in KinzChat PLUS!!!!

Ok, so I got banned. For no reason. It said I had to unlock KinzChat Plus. I tried, and it said I had already unlocked it! A few days ago, it said I wouldn't be banned anymore as of today. Now, it says I haven't unlocked it again! I repeated the process I did before, and it had the same turnout! I hope GANZ fixes this during maintenance. I would call them, but I can't find their phone number! If anyone can help me, please don't hesitate!!!! (I am pretty sure this is a glitch because I can go in the Kinzville park with KinzChat PLUS.)

Do you know their hours? My time probably isn't the same as the time Ganz goes by.

My mom and I just emailed Ganz, hoping they will fix it soon.

i believe the hours are from 8am-5pm eastern time. I am not really sure though
