Sooooooo glad I found this thread. My TC 3 room won't load either and I did have some CG place settings in there. The ones I opened recently that were still in my dock went blank as well. What about e-mailing Ganz with the "stuck item in room" query. They seem to fix those items for me pretty quickly!! Thanks to you all for making me NOT go insane trying to get into my storage room all night long!

thanks for all the info my room is stuck too, and i was wondering why the CG place setting wouldn't go on the table and i had to put it on the floor... that will teach me to leave things that seem strange in my dock

Thanks for starting this thread. It's amazing how sharing information can help narrow down a problem. I have two place settings but they are still in my dock. The picture was there originally but it has been blank for several days now just indicating that there are two items. The rooms that have my other TC3 items are fine. I can go in and out without any trouble (knock on wood!) I hope that Ganz is able to resolve this for you in a jiffy! Good luck.

IMPORTANT..please see this note - thank you...

I just received the following message today from ganz....

Hi Jill,
Until the error with this item is fixed, the room will not load if the item is in it. So you can tell other fellow Webkinz users to keep the item in the dock OR if it’s already locking up their room you can tell them to send a ticket to Webkinz Customer Service, under the heading “I have something stuck” and ask us to remove that item from their room. We will then place it in the customer’s dock.


I hope it helps everyone that is stuck out. It is in regarding to the TC # 3 items....
