Default Unanswered: I can't cancel deluxe!

Hi guys, it's been 30 days since my first $2 deluxe membership. I'd like to cancel it although it's been fun. It says it will automatically renew, does that mean I have to cancel it by tonight (the 30th day) or is it too late?

How do I cancel it? IT SAYS AUTOMATIC CANCELING CANNOT BE CANCELED.

Also I haven't received the 500 estore points that it's supposed to come with but it says I did get it in my order history but it's not next to my sign it name, it says pinkingofyou, pointz balence 0 (but I don't really care much).

I don't think it should continue if you only chose the one month plan...Not sure what the automatic canceling means, I'd attempt to contact Ganz. If you are missing the estore points, you might want to try clearing your cache. If that doesn't help, maybe mention this to Ganz as well? Hope i helped

Canceling automatic renewal is done online right from your Account Manager or from your billing email notifications. You will receive a membership expiry notification 30 days prior to the end of your membership period. This notification will inform you of when your credit card will be charged and will also provide you the option to cancel the automatic renewal if you wish to do so. 30 day expiry notifications are not sent for monthly memberships.

thanks for all the info everyone but I really can't cancel every time I try it says I can't and then it said it sent me an email but I never received.

Once you enroll you can't cancel. Also, did you check to see if they deposited the 500 points directly to your WKW eStore account? Have you made a purchase from the WKW eStore? There was a little check box in the original deluxe application to select either having it direct deposit or not. Try checking there.

After that, I am afraid you will need to make the call.

Hi Webkinz-Waffles, I had a similiar problem with Club Penguin, what I had to do was register with my credit card company online, that gave me the option to disable automatic deductions. Club penguin's site runs the same way once you renew your basically locked in because the only option is to agree to automatic renewal. If your unsure of how to register your credit card online or if you don't feel comfortabe doing it yourself call the credit card company and perhaps they will do the adjustment for you and will prevent them from charging you.

I agree that you should call. They are very willing to help. Have your mom or dad call. They can look directly at your own acct. It should be fixed while you wait on the phone. Good Luck!
