That happened to me once, except it was only one item.
All I did was go to the webkinz website, then, goto custamer support. Then, I have something stuck! After that there is a form to fill out. It worked for me, and I only had to wait a couple of days.
But the only thing is, it requires a secret code, so that would not work unless you found it.
Really sorry to hear about that, and I hope you get those trophies un-stuck soon!
