Default Answered: I am mad and sad :( please help

I went to the deluxe button again and like i had before it didn't work for me and it didn't again so now i am out of 2 prizes is anyone else like this i am so MAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have deluxe, so I can't help you. I'd be pretty mad if I paid for something that doesn't work.

But, you should try calling Webkinz (1-866-921-5469), that's the only way they ever respond for me. (I think you have to wait until Tuesday though.)

Did you do the activity earlier today? If not, try contacting ganz by phone or e-mail to see if they could clear it up for you

I'm not a Deluxe Member, so I'm not sure if I can help you. Try clearing your cache. If that doesn't work, contact Ganz. There's a guide on how to clear your cache in my signature, and the information for contacting Ganz.

This has happened to me also- twice. once a few days ago and once today. I go in and the deluxe machine loads, but when I press the button the lights just keep going around and no prize appears. I end up having to log off and sign in again to get off the page, and then it says I've already had my turn for the day. I feel your pain! I dont know what to do but just wanted to let you know you are not alone! I have tried clearing my cache and everything, but I dont really think there is anything I can do to fix it. Sorry I'm not much help, but like I said I just wanted to let you know you arent alone!

I have the same problem with the deluxe prize machine on some of my deluxe accounts. There was a glitch with it initially, I think and some of my accounts are "stuck" thinking I have already done the activity. I did call Ganz customer support and they could access the machine on the accounts where it wouldn't work. So they told me there is a problem with my computer firewall or my internet service provider setup. They suggested trying another computer and/or another internet browser. They also said I could contact my internet service provider and ask if two gates were open--if they were not, that would be blocking the new signal from Webkinz coming in with the new data which should work. I haven't done that yet.

What I am doing is using Mozilla firefox, except on a few accounts, where I have to use Internet Explorer to do the prize machine. But I have one account that will not do the prize machine on Internet Explorer, only Mozilla Firefox. Go figure!

Sorry you are having trouble too. I know it was (and still is) very frustrating for me.
