Is there anything I can do about having all of my stuff, my gardens, my furniture, food and clothes GONE since the new dock arrived? I know of at least five others this has happened too and Ganz doesn't seem to care at all. I cannot even feed my pet because if I buy food it does not get to the dock. Its been four days!
Well if you are buying the stuff and it isn't showing up there is a sort of selection thing below the dock , try clicking it and selecting what sort of item it is , that may work.
If not , yes alot of people have missing items sine the newest update. If that doesn't work Id contact ganz again , alot of people are having the same problem and they need to know that .
After this new update, I feel like Ganz feels they have done something spectacular for all of us. Well Ganz, you HAVEN'T! My favorite game, Polar Plunge, is BROKEN! It goes so slow and it was never like this before the update. This new update has brought me to a nervous breakdown of spending over 5,000 KC TODAY. AHHHHH! Ganz, fix your "spectacular" new update or dump it NOW please!

I have tried to win a trophy by finishing this game for about 2 weeks now. This morning, after countless hours of playing I finally finished. I was so excited. YES. Finally, I was going to get my coveted prize. YIPPEE I exclaimed! What did I receive? A white screen, a script error, no trophy, and I had to log out because my screen was frozen. Okay, no big deal. Maybe I should update my Adobe and clear out my cache right? WRONG!!!
Two completions later still the same thing. How absolutely frustrating. I am so upset about this.
This site has been completely screwy for the past couple of weeks. Wacky Zingos was acting goofy going in slow motion and no numbers marking the signs or the flags, the clock has been consistenly messed up and it cost us a chance at a rare item as we've been collecting the Egyptian Theme and we missed a desk because of the silly clock. The game freezes constantly and we have to do the dreaded three finger salute (ctrl+alt+del) to get the game closed. I'm furious with this site.
We have spent hundreds of dollars on our 39 webkinz, trading cards, and charms and they provide this horrible level of service. There's no way to contact anyone in customer support save for the silly "comments/suggestions" area in the newspaper. It's just bunk if you ask me.
These people have to be making a killing off of this craze and to provide this level of service is just uncalled for. Hours upon hours spent on a game to simply get a frozen screen? What's worse is that I saw a thread in here on this topic dating back to June. Two months and they still can't get it fixed?
Does anyone know of any method to get in touch with customer support? I thought I saw an email address like email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or something like that. Anyone know of any methodology that works to get in touch with these dregs?
I look forward to any guidance in this area and I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this whiny post.
I too am sorry you members have problems with the new layout. Hopefully, you can get a hold of Ganz and figure out what happened, and hopefully, you will receive your items that you lost through the new dock. I personally, love the new layout and everything about it. I'd be sad if I were you, but I would call and/or email Ganz about it and ask if you can have a refund of your items and KinzCash. I don't want your Webkinz to get sick and their meters reach to 0, so remember to call, which would probably be faster than email. Hopefully you guys can get your problems sorted out, and Ganz and/or you can get it all fixed. Good luck! Emily
