Default Answered: HTML colors...can I change to a differnt font color?

Hello everyone I had a quick question, that I'm hoping can get solved...

I used to be able to do this...

[color=plum.] [/COLOR.] (without the periods)

...to change my font color...but now, it doesn't work.

Am I doing something wrong? Is the BB Code not working anymore? Any help is greatly appreciated!

When you go into Go Advanced. in the top right corners there is a button that has 2 As on it. Click that and it allows BB Code and everything like this

Good luck!

Hi I think it works - see below - I used your example. I just took out the periods, typed in the middle and voila! - plum text.

testing this out

I wonder why it only sometimes works for me...

...

I think most of the time I can't do it, is when I'm trying to edit one of my threads

I am not sure if it matters, but i went "advanced" to preview the post. When i did that the bb code disappeared - maybe that is when you have issues? You only get one shot at it?

Hmmm...

I've edited this, advanced, and it works.
Then again I hate fancy editors and I'm just using a plain text area.
That's probably your problem.
