Here are some tips for the trading room in the clubhouse (This isn't about trading on WI, so plz don't report this post)

Also, you may want to take a peek at the GEV for official values. I didn't base this off of it and feel free to post any tips or ideas of your own.

THE TIPS

When you are trading, bring at least (if you have them) 3 exclusive items, super beds, POTM items, or Rare items.

- People like it when you have a variety of items, so don't stick to just one or two

- Start off with cheaper items if you are the first to offer. Here's how i go (1 being cheapest, or lower preference)

1 - W-Shop items (beds or recently retired items, like the cat theme)
-Use good items, i don't reccomend cheaper items, The best items are beds, and tvs

2 - Common excusive items
- Here are some examples
i Prismatic chair
ii Neon plant
iii Rainy day window

3 - Unretired and non-rare PSIs (usually beds and room decorations are better than chairs)
- Some examples
i Pink poodle car
ii Cow's milk truck
iii Google's scrying pond

4 - Rarer non-retired Exclusive items and recently retired/seasonal PSIs (examples follow)
-Excusives
i Elephant fountain
ii Green lava lamp (current status pending)
iii Giant feather chair
-PSIs
i Toco toucan's fountain
ii B&W Cheeky dog's stove (the silver one)
iii Love frog's pond

5 - Super beds, retired for a while exclusives, and retired for a while PSIs
i Stardust dreams bed
ii Sleeping dragon's bed
iii Blue mauna loa (lava) lamp
iiii Raccon's trash can fridge
iiiii Gorilla's chair

5.5 - POTM items
- these havent been out for a while so that is why i consider this a 5.5
i Party machine
ii Crystal pond

6 - Retired for a long time PSIs and exclusives
i Love puppy's couch
ii Sherbet bunny's chair
iii Pegusus's couch
iiii Purple lava lamp

7 - The rarest and most exclusive items of them all!!!!!!!!!
i Original Cheeky Dog's Grill
ii Cheeky Cat's stove (orange one)
iii Red lava lamp

Now for my fairness estimate
(this is what i think is fair, you may have different opinions, but this is sort of a guide)

A few of examples of fair trades

2 level ones for 1 level 2
If you need some items that you can sell for money and are willing to trade an exclusive you have more than one of, you may want to consider trading something like a Prismatic chair for a pool and a bed.

Level x for level x
This is very common. Trading a super bed for a super bed, or a psi for a psi are a couple of examples of these trades.

Level 5.5 for a 5,6 or for 2/3 level 2s or 3s, or for a level 4 and a 2

Trading a potm item for a
Super bed
Love puppy couch
Green lava lamp and a Rainy day window
A w-shop tv, a pink poodle convertable, and a neon plant

Usually, it is fair when you stay within one level of the item you have, for example, if you have a level 3 it is fair to trade it for a level 2, 3, or 4.

Some examples of NOT FAIR TRADES (I admit have done these before, but if you consider a level 5.5 for a 4 fair, (a potm item for something like a green lava) then trade if you are happy. however, I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE trading a lava lamp for a w-shop item. If you are new to webkinz, i suggest you familiarize yourself with some w-shop items before you go to the trading room. EG, know the difference between the w-shop lamp post and the exclusive lamp post)

A level 5.5 for a level 2.

A level one for a three

A level 7 for a 5

If you consider a trade to be unfair, or if someone keeps trying to give you a w-shop coupon for an exclusive item, just don't trade with them. you can avoid a lot of pain this way.
