Default Unanswered: How to reduce JPEG on a Mac?

I want to post a picture, but my JPEG is too large even on lowest quality. Can anyone help this non-techie on a mac?

---------- smokybear added 141 Minutes and 29 Seconds later ----------

My husband just showed me how to convert them for e-mail which drastically knocked down the file size.

Thanks for the offer of help, saxophonesweety. I don't think I have PhotoBucket.
The way my DH showed me in IPhoto was to go the menu option "Share" and choose "e-mail". It will convert the photo to lower resolution (or whatever the technical term is), which was low enough to post on WI. After I sent it to my e-mail, I dragged the photo onto the desktop and picked it up with the brower in WI's attachment manager.
Please forgive me for taking so long to reply.
