how to open 2 windows at once

Can anyone tell me how to open a second window? I read it somewhere and can't find it again. I'm not having much luck with the leaves and thought I'd open my other account in a different window, but can't figure out how to do it. Thanks.

If you are using IE you can hit Ctrl-N to open a new window. You can also use the following link:
