Really, what you are seeing is just some animation. You can just take several screen captures of the text in different colors, and then go to a site like Lunapic to program the animation sequence. Or, you could just go to one of the many shops users have set up here on WI...you can just tell them what you want, and they'll do it!

If you are wondering how to change the colours of the text, you can just use a graphics program, select a paint bucket tool, select a colour, and fill in the letter.
Or if you don't want to make it yourself...you could go to one of the many fantastic graphics shops here on WI, and have someone else make it for you.
