I tried to get into KinzChat PLUS and it told me that I was banned until October 2, 2009 (a long time). I didn't do anything. What should I do about it?

In my opinion GANZ should at least send you a kinz post or an email to the address of record telling you exactly why you were banned.
How can you hold people accountable for their actions if they don't know what action or actions might have been the problem or reason? If you don't want people to make the same mistake, don't you think you should tell them what the mistake was in the first place? Or did everyone receive a "new crystal ball on Y2K"?
First off welcome to WI!
You always have to be extra careful of what you say and of your actions. Some things you do you may not consider wrong, but a younger member or a staff of Ganz could take it in the wrong context. Also like previously said, people do like to ramdomly report at times too.
If you called Ganz maybe they could explain what happened or what was the cause of your ban. If you wanted to give them a call the number is 1-866-WEBKINZ, just as posted previously by Desty.

yuck! that stinks... call ganz i guess and you can tell them you didn't do anything and you were banned randomly .. hope it gets worked out soon.. :fp:
