Do you mean the Sapphire Spaniel or Signature Cocker Spaniel? The Sapphire Spaniel is a pet you get from the eStore, and the Signature Cocker Spaniel you get a Wish Token and a Signature Item. Both have the PSI and PSF also

For September they have the Sapphire Spaniel which looks like this-->
If you adopt this 'Spaniel you get this awesome PSI the PSF is Sparkling Sapphire Steak.


For September the Pet Of The Month (Leopard) looks like this--->
When you adopt this pet you get the POTM item. Which can be VERY valuable! Also you can get this awesome coach which is its PSI. The PSF is Garlicy Gazzelle Tenderloin.


For September the Signature Pet (Cocker Spaniel) looks like this-->
When you adopt this pet you get a Wish Token and the PSI and a Signature Theme Item! Its PSF is Purebread Pudding.
