if its not in the fur, but the actual fabric, i would (when its fully dry) try to pick it of(if you put nail polish remover, it might put it into the fibers of the fabric deeper, and then it will never come out.

Yes this is what I was going to say. Pure acetone. It's the chemical in nail polish you can get it at some pharmacies or beauty stores. It smells awful and you need to be careful with it so have a parent use it for you. Good luck but it should work beautifully

The acetone will completlely dissolve it plus it evaporates rapidly.
