There school be a button on your keyboard to the right that says "Prt Screen," if you click that and then go into Paint and press paste, it will come up on the screen and you can save what you want on it, and crop it, and then save it to your files.
After that, you can go on a site like tinypic.com and upload it and then copy and paste the code onto here.
It depends on the type of computer you have. I have a Mac, so on a Mac, to do it you need to press Open Apple, Shift and either 3 (for a computer screen shot) or 4 (for cross hairs to select a part of the screen).
I think on a PC, there is a Print Screen option on the keyboard, but I am not certain about this.
One thing to be aware of is the picture's "size", i.e. bytes size. Certain types of pictures download best when they are below a certain size. You may have to use the "save as" function to select what size you'd like your image saved as, so that is small enough to upload.
