Default Answered: How do you run a succesful shop?

I tried to make a good shop but it turned out to be a major flop! Only a few ppl ordered!
Do you know how to get alot of ppl to order? If you have any guides could you please post? Thank you I appreciate it.

It happens to best of us Sometimes the market just isn't there when you have the shop.
You have to wait a bit and try again. It can be closed for a while until you find some other stuff to add to it and you can flag us to re-open it when you are ready to make avvies and stuff for others.
Your BEST advertising is your OWN avatar and your OWN signature. Make it into something that people BEG for. Then you have your thread in your signature.
Hope this helps a bit on your quest for success

I've tried a sorta shop before, not a single person posted there, not even for "Good luck". I gave up on shops then

You can try posting the thread in your signature, and perhaps you can have a partner to do the shop with you. Also, I suggest putting a creative and fun title that might make people want to go there and take a look. Wait, and perhaps sometime you're shop will do spectacular!

Good luck on the shop!!!

I'm sorry your shop didn't go so well! Dixiecup is right, though...also, try putting in stuff that not everyone else has! Blinkies, and dolls and such are great, but sometimes people like something a little bit more 'personal'. Good luck!
