Default Unanswered: How do you know when you've been rejected for the GE?

I was wondering how you know when/if you've been rejected for Gift Trainee. I posted to that thread a few weeks ago and never heard anything else. I just checked and my post there has been deleted.
Is that just the way it works? You wait a while and if you haven't heard from anyone that you're approved and matched with a Trainer and your post has been deleted, then you just figure out from those things you've been rejected. No feedback at all about what your weaknesses are or what you need to improve? Not even a "sorry, try back in a few weeks or after X number of additional posts"?
Just wondering if I fell thru the crack or if this is just the way it is done?

You can review moderated posts on your User CP home. Any comments will be there.

You know you've been rejected when you go to your User CP, and you look under the moderated posts, and you see something regarding that posted from the moderator.

Okay, thanks to you both. I had never seen that part of the User CP page before. There is a Moderator comment about the message.
I guess I'll try to reapply but I don't know if contest posts count toward a good total. The GE info says that role play threads don't count, but I don't know about contests.
Some aspects of the program I understand, but others I just don't get. What does the fact that I don't think I have good advice or answers to other people's questions have to do with if I would be fair at gift exchanging? I don't really have lots of stuff to trade anyway. Mostly I want to be part of the program so that I can modify my posts and maintain my threads like my Webkinz House and Webkinz Family and your not allowed to do any of that unless you are "Gifted".
Well I guess I'll try again and see how it goes this time. Maybe it will work out eventually even though I saw posts on the application thread from people who had hundreds of posts and had previously applied many times before.
WI makes it sound so easy, but it doesn't seem to be.

Contest posts do not count toward your 50 good posts. It really isn't that hard. You don't have to have all the answers you just need to add to the discussion and stay on topic in the threads. If someone asks a question, you don't necessarily have to have the answer to be helpful. Make suggestions or point them to the correct place to look. If someone asks a question about gems or rare items you could post a link to that section of the board for them and say "I'm not sure, but this would be a good place for you to look". Go to the Hello I'm Joe section of the board and welcome new members and maybe direct them to the FAQ. You'll have 50 good posts in no time, just hang around and post in the Hello I'm Joe, Somebody Help, and General Discussion sections.

Default Re: How do you know when you've been rejected for the GE?

It's not that easy. I had over 50 posts, none of which were in contest, role playing, or I need a name. But I was told my posts lack relevancy/content. I don't see how my posts are irrelevant. I can see the lack content. I tend to be precise and to the point. I suppose I could carbon copy, "Hello. Welcome to WI. ..." to everyone in the Hello section, but I would consider that fluff. I don't really want to trade either. I want to be able to edit my posts. The other day I forgot the word 'the' and couldn't fix it.
