Default Unanswered: How do you know if you received the 500 KC and/or the membership extension?

I've been having technical issues with my house since the new year started. I'm missing an entire room including rare wallpaper and floor, and the bowling alley. I have also had items stuck in various rooms. All I've heard from Ganz is an email telling me to stop reporting the same stuck items, even though I waited at least two full weeks between reports. I never heard anything after the email about the missing room.

If they credit me the 500 KC and/or extended the membership, how will I know? I don't keep track of KC from day to day. Will they email me about it? Send it via Kinz Post? People have reported receiving the KC but they haven't said how they found out.

Thanks in advance for your help.

well i don't know what to do there. maybe try calling ganz and asking them personally about it (the phone number is on the forum about the POTM problems)

I don't keep track of my kinzcash closely enough to have noticed that way either, but I noticed that I had received mine by my account expiration date. I happened to have adopted my newest pet on Feb 1 and some time last week I noticed my expiration date was March 1 next year, not Feb 1. I didn't receive an email or any other notification that I had received the $/extension, but I assume that's what happened. I did have a problem during all the glitches, which I reported.

I believe they credit the 500kc and one month extension to your account without your knowledge. You can check the date of your latest adoption and compare it to your account's expiration date to see if you've been compensated.

Have most people been compensated? I have not. But I've done 2 adoptions since December, so I wonder if I won't even get my 500 kc or my 1 month extension.

Disappointed in Gantz. Is it too much to ask that they post a message to us each week telling us what's going on? Tournaments hasn't been displaying results for a couple of days, but no announcement about anything. That's what bothers me the most.

Thanks for your input, everyone. I just called Ganz to ask about my missing room and bowling alley, and the phone jail message said to email them first. You can't talk to anyone unless you've already emailed them and they've responded with a customer code.

I guess I'll email them again about my missing room and bowling alley. Shoud I mention the items stuck in the condo? Sure, why not.

And I checked my account in My Pets - no extension. I must be on their Crumb List because back in January I dared to report the same 5 stuck items twice in the same month.

i dont know what to do, other then to keep contacting ganz until they get so annoyed they have to do something. and i havent gotten my extension yet either, soooooooo i dont know about that!
