Default Unanswered: How Do I Un-Freeze Items Stuck In MY Rooms?

Does anyone know how to retrive objects that are floating outside or stuck in the walls of your rooms? I tried contacting Ganz 2 weeks ago and got no reply.

I'd appreciate any suggestions, thanks!!

Thats easy. All you have to do is go to costomer support and fill out a form. Now wait a week or so depending how busy they are.

restart you're computer, go to you're room, click f8, and ctrl at the same time. Click the x on WW, don't click log out! Wait 5 mins, then go back on. That always works for me! Glad I could help!

Fill out the form under customer support items stuck. My daughter did this and her items got unstuck 3 days later.

I've had 4 items and a vehicle stuck in the same room since before New Years. I've contacted Ganz twice through the I Have Something Stuck, http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/ss.php, page, but nothing has moved yet. Out of the 10 reports I've made I've received only three form emails in return - twice the first time and one the second time. I think I should get a form response every time.

I had something stuck a while ago and they moved it within a few days. I assume they're swamped with stuck items requests and they'll get to ours soon. If mine aren't moved by Tuesday I'm going to report them again. Maybe the server where the requests go has had trouble and they didn't see my messages.

Good luck with yours. Hang in there, I hope they're moved soon.

go to customer support and there is a special form for items that are stuck- I had one stuck and send them an email. They responded after 2 weeks and fixed it.

Do they let you know (by email) when it's fixed, or do you just eventually see the previously stuck item in your dock?
