restart you're computer, go to you're room, click f8, and ctrl at the same time. Click the x on WW, don't click log out! Wait 5 mins, then go back on. That always works for me! Glad I could help!
I've had 4 items and a vehicle stuck in the same room since before New Years. I've contacted Ganz twice through the I Have Something Stuck, http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/ss.php, page, but nothing has moved yet. Out of the 10 reports I've made I've received only three form emails in return - twice the first time and one the second time. I think I should get a form response every time.
I had something stuck a while ago and they moved it within a few days. I assume they're swamped with stuck items requests and they'll get to ours soon. If mine aren't moved by Tuesday I'm going to report them again. Maybe the server where the requests go has had trouble and they didn't see my messages.
