Default Answered: How do I make a picture transparent?

Hiya!
I'd like to know how I can make my pictures transparent. I want to make one of my pictures I did on Paint transparent so it doesn't have that little white background. Transparent means CLEAR, to those who do not know. Such as a background that is clear.
I appreciate any help i can get, and thank you for coming! ^_^

First, go here:
LunaPic Online Photo Editor

Find edit, on the top bar. Then go to Transparent which is the last option.
Click on the part of the picture you would like to be transparent.

It will show up as a white and gray checkerboard. Then just save it!

1. Download Paint.NET [just google it]
2. Select Magic Wand
3. Select the area that you want transparent
4. Press "Delete" or "Del" on your keyboard
5. Save as 32 bit.
