How do I get the Lorax AP quest video to play?

I'm in the Lorax Bears quest, and I cannot get the video to play! I have no idea how to make it work, it's just not playing for me.

Added- I only have Internet Explorer on my computer, and I don't really want to have to download another browser just to make this work.

It's not working for me either. A lot of others are experiencing this problem as well. I'm going to try switching browsers and I'll let you know if that works.

Google Chrome is a free download. I would download it. I usually use Internet Explorer too and the video didn't work for me, but it worked on Chrome.

First make sure you don't have 3rd party ads disabled and that you aren't using an ad blocker. If all you are seeing is Ganz ads you may not be able to see the video.

If you have finished either or both quests up to the video and it will not play, call Ganz and they will give you the prizes.

We could not get the video to play on any of our accounts and Ganz gave us all both prizes.

ptandme is right, this glitch has been there since the beginning. Just make sure to finish all of your digs first, as you may not be able to go back and finish them. you will need to give your username and password as the reps baisically watch the videos for you. the number is 1-866-webkinz. good luck!

I just got through calling ganz and he said he fixed it for all three accounts, but I'm logging on to check now.

I had a very nice guy and a very positive experience that makes me think I might call more often when I have problems.

I do think it would be a good idea to call ganz if you having this issue.
