Default Unanswered: Hop Bunny code saying already used code.

So I made sure to get each account its own code and have logged 3 of my 5 in but I also got 1 on each of my friends 2 accounts and she used hers and it reactivated her expired account. Then I told her she had better do both because the codes are now for that specific account and have to be adopted by April 11th, and hers says the code is already used. GRRRR and the ad isn't giving out a new code. So now what do we do?

Well, what you should do is let Ganz know the issue and then wait. If that doesn't work then maybe next time??

They said my son's code was used too. I tried sending the e-mail, but they require the pet name and the hopping bunny is not in the list. I used rabbit since that is the closest. Let's see what happens

I would try calling Ganz on Monday because it's (most the time ) faster than e-mail. Hope it is solved soon!

We had a lot of problems registering several of our bunnies because the print is so small on the e-mail with the code, and some of the letters/numbers are hard to tell apart. I had put mine in several times and it kept saying it didn't work. I finally went back to the e-mail, looked at it really close, and I discovered that I was putting in a 5 instead of an S. My sister had trouble with hers, even using the close-up glasses. She kept trying different things, and finally I looked at it and discovered that she was seeing an 8 as a B. Look again at the number/letter combination and see if there might be a mistake with what was written down. Good luck!
