I keep getting a white screen when I try to log into Webkinz as a return user. I have done everything Webkinz suggests and nothing works. I have been locked out of Webkinz World for three days now and I am going batty. Thanks for any help.
If you are using AOL or Yahoo Browsers that may be the case, you might want to try going on Internet Explorer if you don't normally use that. If you use Internet Explorer than you should delete the cookies and temeprary files by going to Internet Options that always works for me! Hope this helped you.
firefox is the browser i use, & i usually have no problems at all with that. maybe switch to that, or safari. i'm not a huge fan of internet explorer. you also should try clearing your catch, & if none of this works, contact ganz through their phone or customer support page. good luck with this; i'm sorry it's happening to you. but i hope it's fixed soon!
After posting the original post telling about the white screen problem I was having, I read several posting about using Foxfire and I switched to Foxfire and have been able to log in to WW again. Thank you to everyone who mentioned this. Also it IS faster than Internet Explorer. So glad to be back on WW.
