What do you mean by your pet won't load? Do you mean that your room won't load, or that the pet isn't there? Try playing around with your account a bit - log out, clear your cache, log back in, try switching to a different pet and entering the room, etc.
Did this pet come with its own room, or do you have more than 10 and didn't get another room? Some people have reported getting new pets placed in rooms (often gardens) that are too full, which caused that room to freeze up.
If you can't figure it out on your own, go to the first page of WW, and click on Customer Service. The second last option is "I've got something stuck". Click on that, then look for the stuck pet option, and fill out the form.
Hopefully you'll get this solved quickly.
