Default Unanswered: Help, Webkinz site not full page on my computer

I am having a problem that when I am on the webkinz home page, it is normal size. When I go to the log in page, it is smaller than it should be and there is a lot of empty space around it. It is also smaller than it should be when it gets to webkinz. So far, this only happens on webkinz. Yesterday, something was wrong with our monitor and all my sites were like that. However, we resolved that issue and all the other sites I go to are back to normal except for webkinz. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? My husband thinks it is a problem with webkinz, not our monitor, but no one else seems to be having this problem. Any input will be welcomed. Thanks.

Hmm... my WW screens only seems small when I use my laptop and it doesn't take up the whole page...

Try going to Control Panel on your computer and changing the monitor's resolution, good luck!

Sorry to hear you are having problems. My seems to be fine. Maybe try clearing your temporary internet files and cookies and see if that works. I don't know if it will, but since you have the problem solved on all other websites, maybe this will do it. Good luck

Thanks, I've already tried both, and they don't help. I don't want to touch the resolution thing again as it took a long time to get the computer screen back to normal after we first found the problem. My husband was messing with the computer yesterday and I think he pressed something he shouldn't have somewhere. Its just so frustrating that webkinz is the only site not looking right. Oh well. I can use it, its just frustrating everything being smaller and weird like that. Thanks anyway.
