actually it does. It says see below at the bottom of the page and the value is currently at 50,000-60,000.
please read more carefullly and remember to not talk about what you will trade like Momwhoplays said.

About everything is in the WIGEV if you look hard enough. And I do not think the second admonition about discussing trading was really necessary since Rockstar never even mentioned that.

Its ok, they are just reminding you. It is about 50,000-60,000 and more if you someone who wants it a lot.
