What I do is wait a week or two, then look again. I lost some really nice scrap booking paper in November, but it turned up in my sister's room last month. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find Scottie soon.
I would start by asking EVERYONE if they have seen Scottie. If they all say no, how about you sit down, take a few deep breaths, and just try to think about her and what you were doing when you last played with her. Don't try too hard - sometimes when I lose something if I just think about that thing it will suddenly pop into my head where I left it. I know it sounds far-fetched, but an older friend of mine actually went to a hypnotist when she lost her wedding ring! They actually helped her to recall where she left it.
Also, I would try turning your whole room upside down looking for her if that does not help...look under all your blankets, papers, drawers, etc. Be sure to search the hardest around the desk where you left her.
I understand your problem i am looking for my bulldog trixie becuase i lost her in my basement where my room is and i have two sisters so my idea sneak into your sisters room mabye she took it just to scare you and if you dont find it in there i tear my room apart until i find it once i lost fifty bucks it took me 2 hours to find it but i tore my room apart then i spent another hour cleeaning my room
Do you have a friend that's familiar with your house? Maybe ask them and they'll have some ideas you didn't think of. My friend lost a bunch of webkinz that she bought for her daughter and I asked her if she shopped anywhere else that day where she may have put the smaller bag in the bigger one. Here she found her webbies in with clothes she bought that day! Sometimes others have insight that you may not have.
