Hey there! It's fairly easy to do... What I usually do, is I go to lunapic.com, and then I upload every picture I want. The first thing you click is under the subtitle "Animation", and then click "Add Animation Slide". Then you click "Browse", and select the picture you wish to upload. Make sure it's about the size of the original, otherwise the program automatically fits the new picture into a corner of the first, and it doesn't look too good. You may upload as many pictures as you want., by doing the same steps as above, over and over again.

If it's too big still, then I go and upload it to a website called GIFworks.com, and optimize it. To optimize it, once again, do the same steps as you did to upload the slideshow, as you did on lunapic. Once it's up on your screen, Go to "Optimize", on the toolbar, and then in the drop down menu select "Reduce Colors". The computer will then create about four new options, that look almost the same, just fewer colors. You can choose to use whichever you wish. Some people go to resize shops in the Avatar and Signature section, while others do it fairly easily themselves. If you want any more information, on how to do this, please, let me know. Good luck!

Hi there! I love to use lunapic.com. Also Iconator works well but it's a bit glitchy right now sadly. I can go get you a link that will help a ton too. Ok here it is. This helped me a ton. Hopefully it will work for you too.
