between me and my husband we have 3 accounts a japnese one and 2 american ones. My amercian one goes to the green screen and stays there. but we can get on to the other 2 accounts just fine. What do we do.
They must be doing some kind of maintenance. My account and my youngest daughters American Accounts are working fine, but my oldest keeps getting the green screen and the Please Wait while doing certain activities. If it isn't fixed by morning or in a few hours then I'd get concerned. I was thinking maybe they are getting ready to give everyone My Page, I have it but my girls accounts don't so not everyone has it yet.

My account has had the green screen for about 2 hours now. My daughter's account works just fine. My account already has the My Page feature, hers does not. I sent an e-mail to the support address, but I doubt I get a reply any time soon.
