1) Print out a picture, and trace it. (You may need to copy & paste it into another file first to resize it.)
2) Get a picture of the penguin you want to draw. Now look carefully at it and break it down in your mind into smaller sections. Each section will be close to a geometric shape. The head is a circle. The cheeks are smaller circles inside the big one. The arms are long ovals. The body is the bottom half of a cone. Do this for all of the picture.
Sketch out the shapes, then make any adjustments you need. Add color.
3) If nothing else works, make your best attempt, then draw an arrow with the caption "This is a penguin!"
