I emailed my problem in, and Ganz responded by emailing me back with a case number and a telephone number for me to call. I called--it took about 2-3 days to get a response, but they did return my call! We played phone tag for a couple of days, but once I talked to a rep in person, she immediately posted the Kinzcash, the food item, the POTM item, etc. to my account. She did it right then on the phone! She was extremely accommodating, and also took the information that I had not received my Halloween gift bag on the same Asian acct. She informed me that it should be in my acct with 5-9 working days.
Once I checked my account, all of the items were there just as she promised. This goes a long way in restoring my faith in Ganz; it seems as if they are making a concerted effort to resolve their issues.
