Unanswered: Help - Pet of the Month Prize Bag Empty
On 11-9 my nephew adopted the pet of the month. When doing so he did not receive any Kinzcash or the items in the Pet of the Month Prize Bag. The screen came up that showed the prize bag but it was empty. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how does he get the items and cash he should have received?
Call Ganz. But I am not sure what they are doing about it at the moment. There are many complaints about adopting this months POM. I really wish you the best, and GANZ number is listed under contacts at the top of the forum page in this section.
I really hope everything works out. We didn't get the poodle's POM bag and we were very upset, but they made it up to us. However it took a few months
i didn;t get a message at all but i had to log out adn back in, or change rooms when that happens.
if you've done that then it is time to call ganz as i have had a friend or 2 who have had teh same problem.
that stinks i hate it when the glitches happen to kids
This has happened to me a coulple times. You will end up recieving your prize in a few weeks or days. When i adopted my POTM once it didn't give me a prive but then when the new carnival prize cam out that just appeared in my doc. Hope i helped. AND THERE IS NO REASON TO BE WORRIED. But if u don't recieve anything in a month then i would contact ganz.
This just happened to me today. Since they aren't receiving emails I contacted them in the customer service thing. I got an email saying:
This is an automatic response to let you know that Webkinz World has received your information.
A Customer Support representative will respond to your request in approximately 1 to 3 business days. Please note this time estimate may change without notice if we are receiving a high volume of requests.
I hope i get my POTM loot bag!!
I called my rep today and she called me back within the hour. She was taking all names, account ID's and then coding them all in at once. If I don't have my stuff by tonight, I am supposed to call her back.
My daughter did not get her POM loot either. I emailed Ganz through the Customer Service section. I also received the e-mail saying they had received my info, and I would hear something in a few days depending on volume. It is now 9 days later and I have heard nothing. Does calling get a quicker response?
This is happening to many others, as I have noticed. Wait a while, but if the items do not appear in your dock, then try contacting Ganz. This also happens to me, except with Kinzpost. When I open the box, it appears empty, but my items are really in the dock.
