Hello Softball_Luva33!!

To PM someone is to Private Message them. Basically you can communicate with them withour it being on the open forum.
You can PM people 2 ways. You can go up to the top left corner of your screen under Users, where it says Welcome, Softball_Luva33. You will see PM, you can click that, then click Compose Message (on the left toward the middle of the light blue part of the screen) . the hard part of that way is you need to know the username of the person you are Pming.
Click the image to open in full size.
OR
you can simply click on someone's user name - and click the option to PM that person
Click the image to open in full size.

If you keep a list of usernames that you want to PM the first way will be easiest.

Good Luck!

PM stands for Private messaging and it is kind of like your own email to use here on WI only. You can pm someone by either going to Quick Links under the treehouse in the banner and then chose Private Messages, by clicking on a person's username wherever they have posted and chose send username a PM, or by going to PM's which is in bold white letters to the left of your screen under your name where you click to go to your profile. (It is just under the words User CP) Hope this was helpful, have fun sending messages.
