Someone PLEASE help. I need to contact Webkinz customer support team. I have never been able to do a party. At first I thought I was not getting a go to party box because no one was showing up at the party, and tried to have several and no one showing and no go to party box each time. I even lost my own items by putting them in as extra prizes and again could not even go to the party and even didn't get the gifts back.
This morning I set up a party with my daughter. She invited me to go and on her screen she got party in 4 min. while I got nothing on mine. On her screen the party started while I still did not get a box saying go to party. Yes we are in the same color zone. I was not able to go to my daughters party this morning.
I need to contact them to help figure out why I am not getting the invite box to go to party's and to see about getting back any of my lost items because of this.
I am pretty upset about this so please if anyone could help me find this information I would be truly grateful.

It's 1-866-WEBKINZ (1-866-932-5469). If you loose the number in the future, you can always go to the Search option at the top of the page and type in "Ganz phone number" and any related threads will come up, and you can find it there too
Definitely call Ganz, they should reimburse you for the party pack, that's what they did for us when that happened.
Unfortunately it happens to us a lot, so we hardly do parties anymore. When asked about it, we were told it's not a priority to fix for them
