I'm sorry your dog picked one of your webbies as a chew toy. Since you have all the pieces, it may be possible for a parent or friend to help you decide where each piece goes and carefully sew your St Bernard back together. I doubt he will look the same as before, but that will just make him more unique!
It may be a good idea to find a better place to store your Webkinz just in case your dog decides to have a go at another one. I know many people have reported that their own live pets take an interest in their stuffed pets, so maybe someone who has gone through this before will have a good idea for you.
I'm so so so so so sorry that happened to your webbie lost their face. You could go buy a new one, go to a toy maker and see if they fix him/her up, or try to sew it up on your own. Ohhhh how rude of me not to say hello I'm sorry about that too. Hello though, and I hoped this helped!!
