Default Unanswered: Help! My pet is stuck in the garden!

When I adopted a pet a while back, it got stuck in my garden, I think. I can't go into that room no matter which way I go and I can't move my pet to a different room. What can I do?

Well I dont no if it will work but yu can try logging out and then rename the room and try to go in.......or you can click on your pet that got stuck in the garden and it shound take you there

My suggestion is to shut down, restart and then take that pet to the arcade or something. Then, when you go back to your room, "jump" to a new room rather than trying to walk through the doors. If that still doesn't work, contact webkinz by email and tell them the name of pet and the name of the room it is stuck in.

That sounds like a glitch! I have had that sometimes. I just waited a while and sooner or later it worked. If it has already been a long time try calling or e-mailing GANZ.

I had this happened not to long ago. You need to contact Ganz via the customer service link. Click on I have a stuck pet and fill in the info. Mine was fixed in a couple of hours but others have reported that it took a couple of days. For them to fix mine they had to take out about 25% of my garden but I got those back in a few hours at the same growing place they were in. They even left the weeds LOL

Kejodabr has it right. Was your garden completely filled with plants? The problem is that your pet and a plant are trying to occupy the same space. Only Ganz can fix it. This is why it is a good idea not to completely fill up a garden if you are going to be adopting more than 10 pets on the account.

Here it is! If your pet is stuck in your room, please log out and log back in to your account. If your pet is still stuck, please go to your Webkinz? room and jump to another room. You can jump to another room by using the map button in the upper left corner of the screen. Just click on any room in the map and your pet should jump there. If you have tried this and it has not solved your problem, or if you only have one room, please fill out the form so we can investigate. The form is under there.

is there something in the way of your pet walking??? i would move everything. then if ur pet still can't walk report it to costumer service.

What I do is go to the map and jump to another room or you can go to customer sevice on the front page and go to to Help! I Have Something Stuck or something then you fill out the form and Ganz will fix your problem.
