Default Unanswered: Help for my granddaughter

I hope someone can help me. Two of my granddaughters got me a Webkinz a year ago. Unfortunately a week ago my edited granddaughter has been having problems. She cannot do the Wheel of Wow, the Gem Hunt and the Daily Kinzcare. The Wheel of Wow says she has already spun the Wheel, the Gem Hunt says she has already searched for a gem and the Daily Kinzcare is still stuck on Sunday and will not change. Seeing that she is only edited she doesn't understand. I have written to Ganz and have not gotten any kind of answer. I feel she should be compensated someway especially since she is only edited Can anyone help me? Thank you.

I know many other members are having this problem and the only thing I can think of is calling and talking to a Ganz Representative... Here is their #: 1-866-932-5469

I know, that happened to me, too. I'd try calling Ganz, like dotdotduck suggested. Hope everything all works out!

This is happening to a lot of members, especially on American accounts, I have heard a lot about people not being able to spin the Wheel of WOW or do the gem hunt. You are the first i have heard that can not do their daily kinzcare, but i hope they fix the glitch soon!

If it was hacked kinzcare wouldn't be stuck. Its a common glitch, theyre fixing it.

Try contacting Ganz. The same problem happened to me in October and it just went away. So you can also try waiting it out.

Welcome to Webkinz Insider! Your granddaughter is not alone. My two godchildren have the same problem. Wacky's Bingo is not working, either.

Here is a fix to the Daily Kinzcare. Ignore the pictures of the foods given for the week. Click on the "I love my webkinz" oval button. This gives the food for the day and the kinzcash. I hope that helps.

Hi my sister and I both adults with Webkinz and has several accounts.. one of her accounts are experiencing the same problems and she contacted GANZ and she got a return call and the rep said to her that it is a server problem and they are aware of the problem and are trying their best to resolve it.. Hope this helps...
